Assist students in planning and financing their education, manage financial aid resources, provide guidance on financial aid programs, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Lead enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, and marketing to recruit and enroll mission-fit students. Develop strategic enrollment plans, assess processes and KPIs, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and provide staff leadership and professional development.

Recruit and build the admissions funnel by visiting high schools, churches, fairs, and community colleges. Conduct extensive travel (up to 75%), represent the college at events, communicate with prospects via phone/text/email, coordinate travel logistics, prepare reports, and cultivate relationships with school and community contacts.
