Provides technical leadership for nitrogen and ammonia manufacturing processes across multiple facilities. Responsibilities include plant optimization, troubleshooting, process safety, functional safety, capital projects, turnarounds, commissioning, startups, and mentoring process engineers. The role supports performance, reliability, energy efficiency, operating discipline, and risk management while partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Controls, PSM, and Engineering teams.

Leads corporate FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, executive reporting, capital investment evaluation, and strategic decision support. Partners with cross-functional leaders and supports Board, Audit Committee, quarterly earnings, and public company reporting. Improves KPIs, dashboards, reporting automation, and analytical processes.

Leads production engineering for assigned chemical manufacturing assets, maximizing plant availability and capacity utilization. Responsibilities include analyzing production losses, identifying reliability risks, leading RCA and RCM activities, supporting mechanical integrity, prioritizing outage and turnaround work, developing capital project inputs, coordinating equipment improvements, managing operational changes, and verifying corrective-action effectiveness. The role also provides cross-functional technical leadership, prepares asset performance reports, and supports continuous improvement in a 24/7 chemical processing facility.

Manages complex engineering projects supporting the Cherokee plant from initiation through final acceptance.
