Lead and grow sales for managed IT, cloud and cybersecurity services. Develop sales strategy, manage and mentor a sales team, secure enterprise deals and partnerships, align offerings with technical delivery, monitor market trends, and report performance to executive leadership.

Manage end-to-end investor access requests, validate and reconcile data imports against platform records, correct reference data, perform access corrections and revocations with audit-ready change control, produce entitlement reports, monitor workflow queues and escalate blockers, and identify data quality and process gaps to support automation and improvements.

Lead front-end architecture and technical standards, optimize UI performance, build scalable applications, mentor junior developers, and manage API contracts with back-end engineers.

Serve as senior escalation for complex SharePoint/Microsoft 365 incidents, advise customers on architecture and best practices, ensure SLA compliance, perform root cause analysis, deliver advanced customer training, develop troubleshooting playbooks, mentor consultants, lead deployment smoke tests, and oversee complex document and template updates.

The role involves building client relationships, implementing AI solutions, managing projects, and guiding technology adoption while supporting sales activities.

Serve as senior escalation for complex incidents, advise on SharePoint and cloud architecture, ensure SLA compliance, lead smoke testing and training, develop troubleshooting playbooks, mentor consultants, and champion customer feedback to drive adoption and retention.
