Provides administrative and technical support for IT office operations and projects. Responsibilities include preparing and editing documents, managing calendars and files, coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, supporting hardware planning and upgrades, managing equipment contracts, responding to user inquiries, and creating IT knowledge-base materials. The role requires office administration, bookkeeping, Microsoft Office skills, strong organization and communication, English fluency, and substantial IT-environment experience.

Own root-cause analysis and permanent fixes, manage OEM support and firmware/software upgrades, maintain VMS, recording servers, storage and cameras, verify recording/retention/failover, support analytics feeds, maintain SOPs and design docs, mentor Level-2 staff, and advise the Change Advisory Board.

Provide advanced system-, application-, and infrastructure-level diagnostics and root-cause analysis; manage OEM support and firmware/configuration updates; own preventive maintenance, predictive monitoring, and change assessments; maintain imVision, connectivity records, as-built drawings, SOPs and CMDB; mentor Level‑2 staff and ensure incidents and RCAs are delivered within SLA and timelines.

Provide advanced system, application and infrastructure diagnostics for desktops and TOC video walls; perform root-cause analysis and own permanent fixes; manage OEM back-to-back cases; maintain firmware/software, preventive maintenance, SOPs and documentation; mentor Level-2 staff and assess technical changes for the Change Advisory Board.
