Monitor and improve cybersecurity posture through risk, vulnerability, and compliance assessments. Investigate incidents, coordinate containment and remediation, manage security technologies, conduct threat analysis, support penetration testing and audits, maintain security policies and response plans, prepare risk reports, and provide security guidance and awareness training.

Administer and maintain enterprise Microsoft Windows Server and VMware environments, including Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Exchange Online, and VMware infrastructure. Configure and troubleshoot Infoblox DNS, monitor system performance and availability, resolve infrastructure issues, and develop PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Perform vulnerability scans across systems, networks, and applications; analyze and validate findings; assess severity and prioritize remediation. Coordinate with technical teams to resolve vulnerabilities, track remediation and exceptions, and ensure closure. Prepare dashboards, metrics, reports, and documentation for management, audit, and compliance purposes.

Conduct penetration tests across web applications, APIs, networks, wireless systems, and cloud environments. Identify and exploit vulnerabilities, document risk-based findings, support remediation, and validate fixes through retesting. Develop scripting and automation solutions using Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and create custom security tools as needed. Apply knowledge of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, secure coding, threat modeling, and security risk assessment.

Manage and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure, including switching, routing, LAN, WAN, and wireless environments. Administer Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, and security controls. Perform network optimization, capacity planning, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, and incident investigation. Apply network security best practices and root cause analysis while implementing infrastructure changes and upgrades.

Prepares and maintains technical and administrative documentation, coordinates meetings and project activities, manages physical and electronic records, and supports IT hardware upgrades, repairs, installations, and contracts. Responds to user queries and develops IT knowledge-base articles, guides, and training materials. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, organizational ability, documentation and records-management knowledge, and excellent written English; Arabic is preferred.

Monitors vendor compliance with contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and policies; conducts performance reviews, audits, and risk assessments; validates deliverables and payment claims; maintains governance dashboards and documentation; facilitates review meetings; identifies control gaps; recommends corrective actions; and improves vendor management frameworks and reporting transparency.

Provides technical and administrative support using office administration, bookkeeping, MS Office, organizational, communication, numerical, and basic statistical skills. Requires fluent written and spoken English and mandatory written and spoken Arabic. Relevant IT-environment experience is preferred, with a stated minimum of 12 years.

Provides Level-3 technical ownership and advanced support for airport passenger-processing and biometric systems. Performs system, application, and infrastructure diagnostics; leads root-cause analysis and permanent fixes; manages OEM support cases, configuration, firmware, software maintenance, upgrades, and preventive monitoring. Maintains technical documentation, mentors Level-2 staff, advises the Change Advisory Board, and supports peak-period device performance. Requires manufacturer product certification, ITIL Foundation, five or more years of hands-on experience, and a valid airport security pass.

Supervise Terminal Operations Centre coverage across all shifts, monitor TOC systems and video displays, prioritize and escalate faults and incidents, coordinate with operations teams and MATAR, and maintain operational logs and handovers. The role ensures continuous TOC availability, rapid priority response, high-quality shift handovers, and compliance with airport security, HSE, cybersecurity, authorized-device, and time-and-attendance policies.
