Requirements
- Minimum 12 Years of Experience with relevance in vendor governance, contract management, or audit/compliance within utilities, energy, or government sectors in Qatar.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Familiarity with Qatar Government procurement and audit frameworks.
- Certifications such as PMP, CIPS, ITIL, or CIA preferred.
Skills Required
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in vendor governance, contract management, or audit/compliance within utilities, energy, or government sectors in Qatar
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with Qatar government procurement and audit frameworks
