Supports the HR Lead in delivering strategic and operational HR services for Commercial, Logistics, and Procurement functions. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, talent and succession planning, performance management, coaching managers, HR policy and systems improvement, workforce reporting, change management, organizational restructuring, and HR project delivery.

Manages HBM Nigeria’s digital communications, content strategy, websites, social media, intranet, campaigns, and digital analytics. Responsibilities include writing, editing, proofreading, SEO, audience research, content calendars, agency and vendor management, brand alignment, online reputation management, and performance reporting. The role collaborates cross-functionally to create engaging content, promote products, increase digital visibility, and ensure consistent communications across internal and external channels.

Conduct IT and procurement internal-control audits, assess risks, test control design and effectiveness, evaluate application controls, and recommend remediation. Review IT policies, procurement compliance, and security governance; perform data analytics, investigations, and root-cause analysis. Coordinate with procurement managers and external auditors, prepare reports for leadership and audit committees, monitor action plans, and deliver IT security and governance awareness training.
