Supports domestic and international entities with cash management, payments, reimbursements, tax registration, invoicing, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial documentation. Also assists with global HR operations, interview scheduling, employee benefits, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, office administration, procurement, vendor contracts, and expense workflows. Requires fluent English, strong Excel and Office skills, and flexibility for US and European time-zone coordination.

The Account Executive will drive sales efforts, manage accounts, develop strategies, and represent the company at events to enhance business relationships.
