Leads AlphaLife Sciences’ security and compliance program, protecting platforms, infrastructure, corporate systems, intellectual property, and sensitive life sciences data. Builds security policies, manages threat response, advises on international regulations and cross-border data risks, partners with legal counsel, owns ISO 27001 and SOC 2 alignment, and ensures GxP and HIPAA compliance. Represents the company in client security reviews, due diligence, conferences, and industry engagements.

Own delivery of multiple client-facing technical projects, coordinating client requirements, feature prioritization, timelines, product strategy, and global R&D resources. The role bridges US clients, business teams, product specialists, and China-based technical teams while balancing expectations against engineering capacity. Responsibilities include clarifying requirements, investigating bugs, communicating priorities to leadership, supporting resource planning, and developing deep expertise in an AI-powered clinical research SaaS platform.

Configure and implement clinical research software solutions, train customers, coordinate projects, provide post-go-live support, assist with pre-sales demonstrations and proposals, deploy new product features, maintain production and sandbox environments, and create customer reports. The role serves life sciences clients and benefits from experience with clinical, drug R&D, or regulatory submission software.
