Leads integrated marketing strategy for Inhabit's Residential and Vacation Rental divisions, including brand architecture, positioning, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, performance measurement, budgets, and product go-to-market execution. Manages multidisciplinary marketing teams and partners with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Operations, and executive leadership. The role reviews client websites, maintains regulatory and business-process documentation, uses proprietary and third-party software, coordinates with accounting and underwriters, and assists managers with ad hoc activities. Strong organization, communication, Excel, software proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required.

Owns enterprise sales across new customer acquisition, account expansion, cross-selling, and strategic account development. Builds pipeline, manages complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, conducts consultative discovery, presents business cases, negotiates contracts, and maintains forecasts and CRM records. Lead channel partner marketing for STR division by building partner relationships, designing co-marketing and referral programs, enabling partners with collateral and training, managing MDF and budgets, tracking KPIs and campaign performance, and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive partner-sourced growth.
