The Large Enterprise Account Director will lead enterprise-level account management, engage with C-suite, and manage the entire sales cycle from account targeting to post-sale expansion.

Sell Factbird's IIoT hardware and web-based manufacturing intelligence platform to enterprise manufacturers. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to close and onboarding, manage pipeline (inbound/outbound), tailor solutions to customer use cases, relay product feedback to product team, and drive key strategic deals.

Lead the Production Insights product: set roadmap, prioritize features, collaborate with cloud, firmware, and UX teams, run continuous discovery, translate customer needs into user stories, launch and iterate features, and track product performance to drive shop-floor impact.

Work with manufacturing customers across Benelux to assess shop-floor performance, lead on-site and remote operational assessments, build ROI-driven business cases, support pilots, coach teams on using Factbird, and drive trial conversion and platform adoption to deliver measurable operational impact.

The Partner Manager will build and execute Factbird's North America Partner Strategy, developing strategic relationships with partners to drive revenue growth.
