Provides contract administration and operational support by monitoring outstanding actions, managing work orders and programmes in the Works Management System, preparing correspondence, recording information, and supporting contractual KPIs. The role coordinates with supervisors, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely work delivery and compliance with procedures.

Manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring records are accurate, accessible, compliant, and properly controlled. Collaborate with delivery, project controls, commercial, client, and partner teams to implement document management processes, support project requirements, and maintain document systems. The role requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, with regular travel to project and site locations as required.

Prepares and validates project invoices and completion claims, reviews supporting documentation, maintains billing records in financial systems, monitors discrepancies, and supports project and operational teams. The role also contributes to billing process improvements and requires accurate financial administration, stakeholder communication, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
