We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in coordinating lifecycle, modification and minor works projects at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Reporting to the Senior Manager Project Delivery, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

 

What You’ll Do 

 

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

 

  • Manage multiple projects through the defined project delivery lifecycle, meeting agreed scope, quality, budget and timeline requirements. 

  • Create and review business cases and provide clear project reporting to leadership and relevant steering committees.

  • Maintain oversight of project budgets, risks and issues, selecting an effective delivery model for each project. 

  • Build collaborative relationships with clients, managers, suppliers, consultants, contractors and service providers. 

  • Document project activities and coordinate effective handover to internal or external support teams.

 

What You’ll Bring 

 

  • Extensive project management experience in facility modifications, minor works or construction. 

  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects and programs within agreed budgets and timelines. 

  • Relevant industry experience and formal education, such as a Diploma in Project Management. 

  • Advanced stakeholder management, communication, influencing and risk management capabilities. 

  • Commercial acumen, critical thinking, attention to detail and a proactive, results-focused approach.
