Leads complex strategic projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resources, governance, and measurable benefits. Coordinates stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users; produces project reporting and business cases; promotes project management best practices; coaches colleagues; and improves organizational frameworks, templates, and documentation.

Manage a portfolio of Licensed Organisations across Wiltshire and Swindon, supporting them to deliver high-quality Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programmes. Responsibilities include stakeholder relationship management, leader training, action planning, performance and data analysis, inclusion initiatives, licence reviews, onboarding, and contribution to grants, events, and cross-team projects. This field-based maternity-cover role requires regular travel, independent working, occasional out-of-hours work, a UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle.
