Manage past-due customer accounts and collect outstanding receivables. Prioritize and contact customers, document account activity, resolve invoice discrepancies and credit holds, partner with sales and operations, recommend write-offs or third-party collections, support AR performance goals, and promote electronic billing and payment methods.

Lead the companys finance function including accounting, FP&A, treasury, risk, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and audits. Advise CEO and Board, evaluate investments and M&A, manage banking relationships, and build scalable finance processes while developing finance team talent.

Outside Sales Representatives call existing customers and prospect new accounts, handle customer service issues, and demonstrate products while developing business relationships.
