Lead and grow two legal teams supporting multi-jurisdictional operations. Provide corporate legal counsel on contracts, IP, litigation, regulatory compliance, taxation, and company incorporation. Partner with executives on market entry, risk mitigation, and long-term legal strategy while supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead independent compliance for Estonian regulation, MiCA and Payment Institution frameworks. Monitor regulatory changes, maintain compliance policies, run risk-based monitoring and testing, manage registers, liaise with the Estonian FSA, support licensing and product reviews, track remediation, and deliver training to promote a strong compliance culture.

Perform SOC monitoring, triage, and full incident response across endpoints, network, and cloud. Tune SIEM detections, investigate alerts with EDR/XDR and DLP, coordinate vulnerability management and remediation with DevOps/IT, and improve incident response playbooks and reporting.

Manage and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems; build scalable, secure container-based infrastructure; automate CI/CD and deployment (GitOps); maintain observability and DRP; collaborate with DevOps, development, security, and compliance teams; support ongoing DevOps activities for development, deployment, and testing.

Develop and implement PR strategies, enhance company visibility, engage with influencers, manage media coverage, and collaborate across teams while maintaining relationships with media and industry experts.
