Performs clerical and data-entry duties to support Human Resources, including answering phones, maintaining personnel files and records, ensuring documentation compliance, using information and telecommunications systems, and preparing summaries and reports for special projects.

Build PowerShell automation and IGA controls (PIM, access reviews), lead identity projects, troubleshoot complex IAM issues, ensure security and compliance, document processes, and mentor team members to advance identity program maturity.

Manage end-to-end physician recruitment for primary and specialty care in assigned markets: source candidates, coordinate interviews, assess fit, advise leadership on hiring strategy and budgets, maintain stakeholder communication, and meet assigned recruitment goals. Requires strong communication, organization, and healthcare industry knowledge.

Manage provisioning, security, configuration, and lifecycle of Oracle Cloud (FIN, SCM, HCM) environments. Oversee access controls, RBAC, segregation of duties, integrations, reporting access (FDI, OTBI, BI Publisher), audits, and environment refreshes to support development, testing, and production readiness and secure go-live activities.

Source, screen, and interview internal and external candidates; coordinate application processes; partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies; counsel employees on career moves; use ATS and Microsoft Office; meet recruitment goals and provide excellent customer service.

Lead and manage HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, compliance, records management, and HR staff supervision to support business operations.
