Lead enterprise HR strategy and operations for three manufacturing sites (265+ employees). Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, compensation/benefits, HRIS, performance management, succession planning, compliance, and leadership development. Advise executive team and lead cross-functional HR initiatives supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Lead sales and marketing strategy to grow revenue, manage and mentor sales teams and reps, develop new and existing customer opportunities, coordinate cross-functional activities (engineering, manufacturing, quality, customer service), oversee CRM and sales technology, maintain the website and marketing channels, produce forecasts and reports, support M&A diligence and integration, and provide leadership for customer service and post-win product introduction processes.

Oversee HR operations, maintain HRIS data integrity, lead payroll processing and validation, manage onboarding/offboarding and employee records, ensure compliance, improve HR processes, generate HR metrics, supervise HR staff, partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and vendors to support HR systems and benefits operations, and provide training and documentation.

Lead improvements to program operations by documenting workflows, building onboarding and training systems, improving Salesforce data quality and reporting, supporting grant/HUD compliance, coordinating operational projects, and developing SOPs and quality assurance tools to strengthen program delivery and team effectiveness.

Lead month-end close, maintain general ledger and reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and support audits. Provide technical US GAAP guidance, drive process improvements, support systems upgrades, and partner with operations and finance teams on cross-functional projects to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Support People and Culture with recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. Provide administrative support, prepare new-hire materials, assist background check monitoring, and help plan wellness and culture events while learning HR processes in a nonprofit setting.

Design and develop retail fixtures and P.O.P. displays from concept through production. Create sketches and production drawings, produce manufacturing instructions, manage multiple projects, maintain project files, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support continuous improvement, and champion new tools and processes.

Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, changes, and offboarding. Maintain HRIS/ATS data, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, handle payroll and benefits, maintain confidential records, resolve conflicts, coordinate vendors, and plan employee events.

Manage and supervise all accounting functions including AP, AR, cost accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and audit coordination. Provide staff oversight, perform closing duties, prepare financial statement files, and ensure GAAP compliance. Serve as backup for AR tasks and handle tax return preparations. Support continuous improvement and food safety GMPs.

Own and execute master production scheduling, manage MRP/APS exceptions, maintain ERP planning data, use AI/automation and dashboards to improve planning accuracy, align cross-functionally on capacity, inventory, and delivery, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
