What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in Program Management or Project Management within the semiconductor, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or related industry.
- You have an affinity for technology with the ability to leverage the latest technologies to increase organizational performance.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure.
- Ability to switch effortlessly between strategic oversight and operational details to bring structure.
- Confidence in influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to clearly convey decisions.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Amenable to up to 10% travel, approximately once every other month.
