Leads complex manual billing, reconciliation, variance analysis, contract and Salesforce CPQ reviews, billing escalations, reporting, and process improvements. Partners with Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance, and Business Systems teams while supporting Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Workday migrations, including UAT and data validation.

Supports billing and receivables, prepares audit documentation, reconciles balances and financial records, and assists the Finance team. This onsite internship offers hands-on finance experience in Makati or Ortigas, Monday through Friday, with immediate start availability.

Processes accurate and timely payroll, including calculations, adjustments, leave administration, and data maintenance. Validates timesheets and employee records for compliance with legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and company policies. Prepares payroll reports, analyzes discrepancies, supports audits, maintains confidential payroll records, and responds to employee inquiries. Collaborates with Finance, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders while contributing to process improvement and payroll service delivery.

Ensures Australian and New Zealand payroll compliance through audits, legislation monitoring, data analysis, risk management, and process improvement. Investigates discrepancies, maintains compliance risk registers, supports internal and external audits, reviews payroll controls and system configurations, analyzes payroll datasets, produces management reports, and partners with Payroll, HR, Legal, Internal Audit, and IT teams to resolve compliance matters.

Provides high-level executive support to multiple VP-level technical leaders, managing complex calendars, priorities, communications, vendor relationships, budgets, events, and external relationships. Owns AI-powered automation and workflow improvements across the leadership team, translates technical information for stakeholders, supports strategic initiatives, mentors administrative staff, and provides CTO coverage. Requires exceptional judgment, discretion, communication, technical fluency, and experience in large, matrixed engineering organizations.

Provides global frontline IT support by managing incidents and service requests, troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, connectivity, MFA, and enterprise application issues, and escalating tickets when needed. Handles access, software, hardware, onboarding, and offboarding requests while following ITIL, security, compliance, and SOP requirements. Collaborates with regional IT teams worldwide, supports documentation and knowledge-base improvements, and helps maintain consistent service delivery.

Supports the Legal Team with administrative and documentation-related tasks. The intern must be enrolled in a relevant degree program, complete the internship for academic credit or curriculum requirements, start immediately, and report onsite in Ortigas or Makati as needed.

Supports monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts payable, audits, tax requests, procurement, purchase orders, vendor management, contract workflows, P2P activities, employee reimbursements, and process improvements. The role maintains vendor and procurement records, coordinates with suppliers and auditors, resolves purchasing issues, supports NetSuite uploads, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to improve accounting and procurement operations.

Supports consolidated and entity-level financial reporting under FRS 102 and IFRS, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, statutory accounts, and external audits. Conducts risk-based internal audits, evaluates financial controls, identifies control gaps, prepares reports, follows up on corrective actions, and supports governance documentation. Requires qualified accounting credentials, significant post-qualified experience, audit expertise, ERP and Excel proficiency, and collaboration with international stakeholders.

Provides financial modeling, market and competitive intelligence, executive reporting, Excel automation, and geo-analytics for strategy and business development decisions. Builds business cases, scenario tools, dashboards, market briefs, and leadership presentations while maintaining data quality and documentation. Partners cross-functionally with commercial, finance, regulatory, and operations stakeholders to structure ambiguous questions, evaluate opportunities, and deliver accurate, timely recommendations.
