Provides budget variance insights and financial guidance to executives and department leaders while coordinating with centralized finance teams on issue resolution, forecasting, performance reviews, and strategic decisions.

Directs marketing and sales for independent living residences, including occupancy development, advertising, referrals, events, lead generation, budgeting, prospect follow-up, sales goal attainment, and team supervision. Collaborates with senior leadership, manages Residency Counselors and marketing staff, maintains CRM records and reports, and supports community occupancy growth through coordinated sales and marketing strategies.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM, board and owner reporting, regulatory submissions, medical expense and insurance claim packages, debt covenant calculations, and due diligence requests. Performs data validation, variance analysis, reconciliations, exception reporting, and data governance checks. Maintains reporting calendars and documentation while partnering with BI, IT, and process owners to resolve issues and improve reporting controls.

Leads enterprise pricing strategy, revenue optimization, forecasting, predictive modeling, resident financial underwriting, and financial analytics. Builds financial models, translates complex analyses into executive recommendations, oversees contract economics and risk assessments, and provides reporting on revenue, cash flow, refunds, and business performance. Recruits and develops a finance and analytics team while improving governance, automation, processes, and decision-support capabilities across business divisions.
