Leads strategic business development and capture efforts from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award. Lead the worldwide AFCAP VI government program, overseeing multiple task orders, dispersed teams, subcontractors, finances, staffing, schedules, deliverables, risks, contractual compliance, and customer relationships. Manage execution across engineering, force support, construction, services, and commodities while supporting acquisitions, transitions, proposals, reporting, and business development. The role requires active Secret clearance, government contracting expertise, and potential work at CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Supports the Program Manager in leading the worldwide AFCAP VI program, overseeing multiple government task orders exceeding $400K. Coordinates engineering, construction, services, commodities, customers, subcontractors, and vendors while monitoring schedules, staffing, finances, deliverables, risks, compliance, and performance. Assists with acquisitions, appropriations, contract transitions, modifications, proposals, reporting, briefings, and customer relationships. Assumes program leadership responsibilities during the Program Manager’s absence.

Coordinates the Order-to-Fulfill process for a nationwide language interpretation program. Procures and awards interpreter services, manages work orders and database updates, monitors cancellations and modifications, conducts cost-benefit and profit-loss analyses, coordinates travel and lodging, ensures compliance with procurement and contractual requirements, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational deadlines.
