Lead and scale a Forward Deployed Engineering team embedded with strategic enterprise customers. Own technical discovery-to-close, ensure delivery quality, coach FDEs, manage stakeholder relationships up to C-suite, build repeatable playbooks, and train partner GSIs to extend the motion at scale.

Drive top-of-funnel growth through high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn). Research accounts, qualify prospects through discovery, collaborate with AEs on account strategy, meet activity and meeting targets, capture market feedback, and help build the SDR playbook.

Lead cross-functional infrastructure programs to attribute COGS and R&D spend, optimize GPU and compute allocation, build capacity forecasting and cost dashboards, partner with ML, Infra, and Finance to drive data-driven resource decisions and execute measurable cost-efficiency outcomes.

Build and ship end-to-end Bugbot features: frontend, backend, and model integration. Improve the review pipeline (prompting, routing, context selection), embed integrations into developer workflows, monitor and improve review quality, and design onboarding to drive adoption while partnering with ML, infra, and product teams.

Design, implement, and operate developer productivity systems and tooling to improve build speed, reliability, and developer velocity. Build multi-platform dev environments, CI/CD pipelines, machine provisioning, and observability. Collaborate across engineering, set technical direction, write and review code, and support end-to-end developer workflows from local development to global deployment.
