Supports Lucis founders through complex calendar and travel coordination, inbox triage, meeting preparation, and stakeholder communication. Manages the Paris headquarters, vendors, VIP hosting, invoices, accounting workflows, HR administration, onboarding, team events, and marketing pop-ups. Acts as a founder proxy and gatekeeper while building a strong workplace culture. The role requires proactive ownership, rapid context-switching, bilingual communication, operational rigor, and comfort using AI in a fast-growing environment.

Operate and extend agentic design pipelines (Claude + Figma plugins + image/video tools), maintain brand governance, ship scalable template libraries, lead brand maturation work, and ensure all assets feel consistently on-brand.
