Be the CEO's strategic right hand — the force multiplier that turns ambiguity into execution. Own critical cross-functional projects, build scalable systems, and interface with investors/partners on behalf of the CEO.

What you'll own (first 6 months)

• Drafting monthly investor updates and maintain investor CRM

• Coordinating board materials and follow-up action items

• Leading international expansion prep (UK, Portugal, Spain)

• Building systems and dashboards for CEO visibility

• Running weekly leadership syncs with department heads

You'll fit in well if

• You have 3–5 years in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking

• You've worked directly with founders or C-level executives in fast-paced environment

• You're a master of execution: builds financial models, writes crisp decks, ships projects end-to-end

• You're a SaaS tool power user: Notion, Airtable, Figma, Raycast, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)

• You're a spreadsheet wizard: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)

• You're an exceptional writer: Can draft investor memos, board materials, strategic docs

• You're fluent in English + French (critical for FR/UK/PT markets)

• You need clearly defined role with stable responsibilities

• You prefer "strategic advisory" work over hands-on execution

• You've only worked in large, well-established companies (Series C+)

• You need perfect information before making decisions

• You're looking for work-life balance over mission intensity

We work together from our Paris hub. We’re passionate about what we’re building and believe the fastest way to create something exceptional is side by side. We’re open to relocation support for the right individuals, and we welcome missionaries who travel to work with us in Paris on a regular basis.
