Requires strong embedded controls experience, project management, communication, and value engineering skills, with travel within and outside India as needed.

Oversee annual operating plans and engineering programs across software, controls, systems, and validation workstreams. Manage technical dependencies, risks, schedules, integration points, milestones, and cross-functional stakeholders. Facilitate engineering reviews, monitor KPIs, implement mitigation strategies, escalate issues, and provide governance-aligned status reporting to leadership.

Manage and expand key accounts across an assigned HVAC sales region. Develop sales strategies, pursue new business, analyze markets and competitors, evaluate distributor performance, deliver customer presentations, maintain CRM records, forecast pipelines, and report sales performance. Build long-term customer relationships while collaborating with product specialists and support teams. The role requires residence in Southern California, Southern Nevada, or Arizona and travel exceeding 50%.

Leads manufacturing automation strategy, engineering teams, and capital projects involving robotics, automated assembly, material handling, vision systems, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, MES, and industrial networks. Drives productivity, quality, safety, throughput, cost, OEE, and downtime improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and smart manufacturing initiatives. Oversees vendors, equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, cybersecurity, machine safety, compliance, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.

Generates complex product designs, solid models, drawings, layouts, bills of materials, and SAP inputs. Leads or supports drafters and designers, monitors program progress, develops construction concepts, identifies productivity and cost improvements, troubleshoots Pro/E and SAP processes, and assists with training and quality checks.

Design, program, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC-based control systems, HMIs, robotics, drives, and automation for HVAC manufacturing. Improve control logic, safety interlocks, and uptime; support risk assessments, documentation, CI projects, training, and small capital projects.

Support APAC logistics by tracking damage/claims, analyzing shipment KPIs and freight costs, auditing invoices, building dashboards (Excel/Power BI), supporting carrier management and RFQs, and driving process standardization and digitalization across countries. Requires Chinese language ability and stakeholder communication.
