Job Description
What you will do:
Responsbile for Executing RAC/CAC product Validation by cross collabration with CFT team , Execute test standards creation , Project execution and track RAC/CAC Product validation by solving technical isssue in product and lab.
Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.Strong Experience in Requirement Analysis, Test Design, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case/scenario preparation, Test data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting & Documentation
How you will do it:
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills and understanding of testing methodologies
- Apply knowledge of HVAC testing standards like IS 1391 Part 1 & 2, IS 8148, ISO 5151, ISO 13253, AHRI 210/240 etc.
- Deep understanding of RAC/CAC air conditioner product working & its critical component functionality
- Support product certification, compliance, and regulatory approvals (e.g., AHRI, ISO, EN standards)
- Maintain & execute operations of test lab & its facilities.
- Ablility to create RAC/CAC/Component validation test plan by understanding deign change point and execute the same in various labs with lab technicians .
- Ability to prepare project validation schedule and monitor schedule throughout the project.
- Preparation of product testting & execution as per test plan.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for product & test lab failures
- Prepare test plans & reports for performance, cycle reliability & structure validation testing
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product engineering , Development, project managers, product owners and quality assurance to report and mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Knowledge about NABL and its process for the labs.
- Wellversed with 5S & Kaizen
What we look for:
Required
BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical or related engineering field
3 to 7 years of experience in new product development and validation of RAC/PAC/Component/ Compressor/Motors.
Candidate must have good understanding of DFMEA/Test standards / Compliance requirments
Willing and able to travel within and outside India for project needs
Preferred
Experience with HVAC/ Motors/Heat Exchangers, its components Design Quality , Product development and prouduct testing management , able to drive the testing and project.
Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience in Lab Operation managing and Testing Lab building , New labs project installations .

Skills Required
- BE or B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
- 3 to 7 years of experience in new product development and validation of RAC, PAC, components, compressors, or motors
- Good understanding of DFMEA, test standards, and compliance requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel within and outside India for project needs
- Experience with HVAC, motors, heat exchangers, component design quality, product development, and product testing management
- Ability to drive testing and projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience managing testing laboratories, laboratory operations, laboratory construction, or new laboratory installations
