Leads sales and marketing for a senior living community, driving occupancy across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Responsibilities include conducting tours, guiding families, building referral relationships, managing CRM leads and follow-up, planning outreach events, supporting sales strategy and census goals, and coordinating applications and move-ins. Requires at least one year of sales or marketing experience, strong communication skills, fluency in English, and independent scheduling ability.
