Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, capital investment analysis, financial modeling, performance management, executive reporting, process standardization, and profitability improvement across multiple manufacturing sites. Partners with senior business and finance leaders, supports strategic initiatives, mentors finance teams, and drives continuous improvement. Travel is up to 60% during the first year and approximately 40% thereafter.
