Manage end-to-end product movement across air, ocean, and land carriers. Track shipments, liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams, report KPIs, develop performance metrics, maintain logistics records, resolve discrepancies, analyze cost-effective transportation methods, coordinate site operations, and produce ad-hoc reports.

Plan and forecast logistics operations to match production schedules, analyze KPIs and operational data to improve efficiency, support process improvements for higher volume, and prepare planning reports and performance dashboards.

Manage drayage operations including arrival notices, ISF, delivery orders, empty container returns, and carrier relationships. Monitor KPIs, track LSP performance, coordinate schedules, resolve capacity issues, document corrective actions, and provide ad-hoc reporting and customer status updates.

Manage FTL transportation operations, negotiate freight rates, maintain carrier and customer relationships, monitor shipments, resolve issues and claims, collaborate cross-functionally, lead and coach team members, support process improvements, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Lead day-to-day yard and loading operations: track attendance, assign teams, plan staging/loading from inventory, coordinate drivers and inspections, oversee trailer loading status, manage paperwork (BOLs, tickets), perform daily inventory counts, and analyze ERP data to support operations.

Process customer billing and manage AR/AP using internal systems. Issue and post invoices, reconcile accounts, follow up on carrier charges and disputes, update receivables, and report billing activity. Collaborate with international offices (Brazil, China, Vietnam) and ensure accurate, timely billing and client communication.

Provide bilingual (Korean/English) administrative and sales support for logistics operations: prepare management reports, handle pricing inquiries, maintain CRM and sales databases, coordinate customer service and cross-functional teams, assist with sales materials, perform profitability analyses, market research, and process-improvement tasks.

Maintain and enhance existing portal systems; analyze business and system requirements; design and develop software using Java, Spring, and related tools; collaborate with stakeholders and vendors; write testable code; perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging; support deployments, integrations, and ongoing system reliability.

Coordinate ocean/land/air shipments from origin to destination, generate shipping documentation, liaise with customers, carriers and billing. Manage inbound/outbound freight, track KPIs, create inventory reports, prepare quotations/invoices, improve supply chain performance, and collaborate with pricing and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and high customer service.
