Provides integrated logistics and maintenance planning support for the U.S. Coast Guard small boat product line. Analyzes supply, maintenance, configuration, and project data; researches parts; develops Maintenance Procedure Cards and Time Compliant Technical Orders; creates repair specifications and Illustrated Parts Breakdown inputs; validates technical documentation; and coordinates with engineering, Coast Guard, supply, and operational stakeholders.

Supports MFH Structural Inspection activities and assists with awards, decorations, and Leave Web. Requires strong communication, organization, discretion, independent judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Develops federal customer account plans, builds government and industry relationships, identifies and captures engineering and manufacturing opportunities, leads teaming and partnership strategies, forecasts pipelines, analyzes opportunities, and briefs leadership. Requires knowledge of federal procurement, contract vehicles, FAR processes, Shipley methodology, and technical-service markets. Maintains opportunity records in Salesforce and travels up to 50%.

Integrate and manage enterprise data streams, troubleshoot NiFi and Cribl transfers, analyze networks and logs, and monitor system performance. Develop automation with Python, ShellScript, and Ansible; implement SecDevOps and cloud security across AWS, Azure, private, and hybrid environments. Support PKI, STIG compliance, vulnerability management, virtualization, Splunk operations, and network/system reliability. Requires active TS/SCI with Full Polygraph, 11+ years of experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and AWS Certified Security Specialty certification.
