Candidates should be pursuing a STEM bachelor’s degree, understand process mapping and governance, and demonstrate analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Six Sigma and experience in technology operations, risk management, or process improvement are assets.

Creates clear, accessible, user-centered content for digital insurance journeys, including product pages, FAQs, email journeys, transactional flows, forms, and in-app experiences. Publishes content through Adobe Experience Manager, applies UX writing and content design principles, supports English and French localization, and improves acquisition, engagement, retention, and online insurance purchasing experiences.

Manage complex accident benefits claims, including eligibility assessment, benefit processing, reserving, payments, rehabilitation coordination, medical assessments, and policy interpretation.
