Provide administrative support to the Sales department, manage user access and sales data, prepare confidential reports and presentations, maintain budgets and forecasts, manage POs and invoices, document policies/procedures, enter data into Oracle/SharePoint/Office365, organize department functions, and assist with travel and expense reporting.

Manage end-to-end zero-mile claims, lead containment and root cause analysis, coordinate cross-functional corrective actions, act as OEM interface, track trends and effectiveness, and drive prevention and lessons-learned deployment.

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts in Off-Highway/Power Sports, drive sales plans, negotiate commercial terms, coordinate cross-functional support, analyze profitability, and mentor junior staff.

Lead North American product strategy by translating global technology roadmaps into regional commercialization plans. Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis, run cross-functional strategy workshops, recommend portfolio investments and partnerships, represent the company with customers and at events, establish metrics and reporting, and mentor peers to drive data-driven growth across electrification, thermal, electronics, safety, and software domains.

Support HR activities for assigned plant units including recruiting, onboarding, training administration, benefits and disability administration, performance management, associate relations, and internal communications. Coordinate training logistics, process training requests and POs, back up basic skills training, administer surveys and analyze training data, and serve as HR liaison to managers and associates to identify and resolve issues.

Provide end-user technical support via phone and email; diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; install and upgrade applications; set up workstations, printers and peripherals; document and track tickets; escalate complex issues; perform other assigned support tasks.

The Quality Engineer 3 collaborates on quality standards, monitors product quality, coordinates testing, implements improvements, and resolves customer quality issues.

The Engineer will support automated testing for inverter products, create software for inspection tests, analyze data, and manage projects for production launch and quality improvements.
