Lead a 40-person application development and support organization for supply chain systems. Set strategy, manage AOP projects and budgets, drive process improvement and service management, ensure audit compliance, mentor leaders, and champion adoption of ERP, Databricks, and AI initiatives across North America.

Serve as technical lead for the DENSO NA Sustainability (ESG) platform: define business and technical requirements, lead system integration with IoT and data analytics, create and execute test and training plans, manage project status, risks, stakeholder communication, and drive system adoption and continuous improvement.

Proactively source, engage, and build talent pipelines for technology and corporate roles. Use advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, CRM/ATS tools, and market intelligence. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain candidate communities, track pipeline metrics, and report on sourcing effectiveness to improve hiring speed and quality.

Manage assigned product lines end-to-end: launch planning, market and competitive analysis, sales and marketing collaboration, customer and supplier engagement, sales planning, performance monitoring, and mentoring junior team members. Drive product strategy, resolve channel conflicts, negotiate supply terms, and present program results to management.

Support production and maintenance to improve quality, safety, and productivity; design and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and controls; manage product launches, process validation, PFMEA, and change implementation; develop equipment specs, lead projects and suppliers, and drive cost-reduction and automation initiatives. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
