ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate business requirements into system configurations within assigned scope, aligned to approved solution design
- Support fit-to-standard activities and ensure alignment with established program guidelines
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT, Oracle, and implementation partners to support solution delivery
- Execute system-related activities across demand planning, supply planning, production planning, materials management, and inventory control
- Develop and maintain business process documentation (current and future state) and support master data requirements
- Support process standardization by applying defined templates, tools, and project methodologies
- Execute system testing activities (CRP, SIT, UAT), including preparation, execution, defect tracking, and follow-up
- Support pilot deployment, including site readiness, coordination of activities, and post-go-live stabilization
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies within assigned scope and escalate as needed
- Support development of training materials, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
- Identify improvement opportunities within assigned scope and support root cause analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience across Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Order Management)
- Experience with system testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), master data and process documentation
