Lead controls engineering for HVAC final assembly including daily production support, equipment specification/procurement/installation, safety circuit design, project management, kaizen activities, testing/validation, training, cross-department communication, and continuous improvement to improve uptime, efficiency, and quality.

Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for the company, manage recruiting lifecycle, vendor contracts, internship programs, hiring metrics, compliance with employment laws, and develop HR policies.
