Leads regional marketing strategy and execution for Raising Cane’s, managing Area Leaders of Marketing and developing their skills. Sets regional goals, creates marketing plans, oversees sponsorship negotiations and partnerships, supports restaurant openings and community activities, enforces brand standards, and manages marketing reporting. Provides administrative support for leave-of-absence programs by managing case files, routing documentation, auditing AbsenceSoft and Workday data, monitoring workflows, preparing correspondence, supporting reporting and compliance audits, and safeguarding confidential information. Partners with Leave Specialists to resolve discrepancies, track outstanding tasks, improve processes, and support system testing and implementation initiatives.

Manage employee leave cases from initial request through return to work. Guide employees and managers on leave policies and documentation, assess eligibility, coordinate leave benefits, maintain confidential records in AbsenceSoft and Workday, monitor deadlines, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting, system testing, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with applicable leave laws.

The Regional VP of Restaurants leads multi-unit restaurant operations, focusing on performance, profitability, and team development while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements; support month-end and year-end close; ensure GAAP compliance; analyze financial data and answer P&L questions for restaurants.
