The Senior SDET will design test strategies, develop automation frameworks, conduct manual and automated testing for web, API, and backend while collaborating with the development team for quality assurance.

Drive lead generation and client acquisition via Upwork, LinkedIn and other platforms; conduct discovery calls and presentations; manage CRM pipeline; close deals and meet revenue targets; support account retention, upselling and cross-selling while coordinating with internal teams.

Generate leads via Upwork and networking, qualify client requirements, communicate with prospects by message/email/call, assist with proposals, maintain CRM records and sales pipeline (Salesforce), track sales activities, and support sales planning and growth strategies alongside management.
