Codewinglet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive who can independently handle lead generation, client communication, and deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services sales and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
- Generate and manage qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable IT and digital solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and client presentations.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with international clients.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and leadership teams to close deals.
- Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
