As a Principal Frontend Developer, you will lead the front-end architecture, mentor the team, and shape the web experience for Roamless, using technologies like React, Next.js, and Node.js while promoting AI adoption.

Own and scale Roamless's influencer marketing program end-to-end: identify and evaluate travel and lifestyle creators, negotiate and manage contracts and payments, run brand integrations, track performance (installs, reach, conversions), align with affiliate marketing, and mentor an intern while building systems and automation to improve ROI.

Support influencer marketing operations by sourcing creators, conducting outreach and basic negotiations, maintaining the creator database, managing inbound requests, collecting and approving content, and assisting with simple performance reporting (promo codes, reach, engagement).

Own and architect the marketing technology stack across web, iOS, Android and backend. Define integration specs, implement and QA GTM/GA4, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), mobile SDK tracking, Meta CAPI, and CRM syncs. Validate attribution, maintain event taxonomy, run integration QA, and coordinate requirements between Growth, Product, and Engineering.

Lead product analytics efforts: design and run A/B tests, build an experimentation framework, define and track product metrics, analyze user behavior for activation/monetization/retention, translate insights into product recommendations, and teach the product team data-driven decision making.

Own iOS and Android apps end-to-end to drive product-led growth across acquisition, retention, and monetization. Run user research and A/B tests, manage mobile release cycles, partner with engineering/design/data, and optimise onboarding, push strategy, and in-app engagement to increase paying, returning customers.
