Establish and lead the Tokyo finance function for a new Soho House opening. Responsibilities include controllership, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, treasury, cash-flow management, group reporting, statutory audits, tax filings, performance reporting, cost-saving initiatives, and financial support for operational leaders and business planning.

The EU Accountant manages record-to-report activities across European sites, including journal entries, accruals, month-end and year-end close, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting. The role ensures compliance with UK and local GAAP, supports internal controls, resolves ledger discrepancies, collaborates with FP&A, Procurement, and IT, and helps optimize accounting systems and processes.

Provides generalist HR support, employee relations guidance, performance and absence management, probation and disciplinary support, compliance audits, engagement initiatives, recruitment assistance, and internal mobility coordination. Partners with managers across sites, manages employee events and exit interviews, maintains Greenhouse vacancies, supports investigations, and escalates complex cases while improving people processes and employee experience.

Coordinates daily HR administration, including new-hire paperwork, I-9 and employment authorization verification, onboarding, time-clock and Paycom setup, personnel action forms, employee data changes, terminations, filing, and general clerical support. Maintains confidentiality and compliance while supporting employee engagement and recognition initiatives. Requires at least two years of related HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably bilingual English and Spanish capabilities.

Drive revenue for private hire, groups, and events by developing new business, managing client relationships, reactivating dormant accounts, and promoting Soho House Amsterdam. Conduct client meetings, site inspections, networking, and outbound sales activities. Monitor market trends, maintain CRM records, report performance, support commercial strategy, and coach sales and events team members.

Supports membership operations through CRM administration, reporting, dashboards, payment issue resolution, system testing, membership credits, inventory, orders, and stakeholder support. Coordinates with Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, payments, and support teams; owns operational workstreams, resolves process and system issues, maintains training materials, and helps deliver system changes and new site openings.

Support onboarding, personnel administration, internal newsletters and communications, and colleague inquiries. The intern will receive training while gaining exposure to recruitment, sickness management, employee relations, and broader HR activities in a hospitality environment.

Lead the UK learning and development strategy, overseeing talent frameworks, succession planning, performance development, leadership programmes, mentorship, apprenticeships, graduate programmes, and management training. Advise senior stakeholders, manage three L&D Managers, align regional initiatives with global people strategy, embed AI and digital learning, and measure programme impact through data, feedback, and business outcomes. Hospitality training and coaching experience is essential.

Leads global membership strategy execution across assigned Houses, translating centralized frameworks into local plans that improve retention, engagement, applications, intakes, and revenue. Manages churn-reduction initiatives, onboarding, acquisition, new-opening hypercare, performance reporting, segmentation, and predictive churn insights. Partners with regional, House, data, marketing, operations, communications, digital, and member-success teams to prioritize actions, resolve risks, test improvements, and share successful practices globally.

Manage the hotel's inventory by receiving and inspecting deliveries, verifying purchase orders, organizing and labeling stored goods, distributing supplies to departments, maintaining accurate records, conducting inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
