Processes accounts payable transactions, meets KPIs and service-level agreements, handles internal queries, follows invoice-processing procedures, maintains compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, and escalates issues. The role also supports process improvements, team knowledge sharing, and assigned systems or process-improvement projects within a global shared services environment.

Provide administrative support for depot operations, maintain health and safety compliance, manage records and documentation, coordinate depot activities, liaise with teams, support continuous improvement, and assist the depot manager with ad-hoc tasks.

The Training Specialist will develop and deliver learning programs, manage knowledge initiatives, and implement onboarding/offboarding programs at the Global Shared Service Center.

Performs transactional accounting, account analysis, accruals, reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger activities supporting monthly and annual close processes. Handles internal and external queries, maintains compliance with internal controls, IFRS or GAAP, and regulatory requirements, and supports audits. The analyst also develops reports, provides financial insights to stakeholders, and recommends process improvements.

Operate and monitor global IT security across vessels, depots, terminals and seafarms. Manage third-party risk, detect and respond to incidents, support identity and email security, handle personal data breach response, review firewall rulebases, maintain SOC documentation, and leverage threat intelligence to strengthen security posture while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Manage import documentation and the end-to-end import journey, support billing and invoicing, coordinate with customers and partners on cargo releases, and monitor safety and compliance by reporting supplier non-compliance.

Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities, including housekeeping, security, pantry, vendor and building coordination. Oversee reception, asset and inventory management, meeting and travel support, basic HR onboarding/offboarding, petty cash and invoice coordination, and maintain trackers, logs, and simple reports. Escalate facility, vendor, or employee experience issues proactively.
