Manage client onboarding and ongoing account administration for financial planning clients: implement advice documents, process investments (transfers, buys/sells, withdrawals, contributions), liaise with financial institutions and advisers, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Prepare complex special-purpose reports, financial statements, reconciliations and tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals. Provide business advisory, ensure client compliance, liaise with authorities and service providers, and mentor junior staff.

Support Advisers by handling client queries, preparing pre-appointment work and compliant advice documents, coordinating Statement of Advice production, and progressively taking ownership of client relationships under mentorship.
