About the role
- Deliver high-quality and efficient accounting services across a diverse client base
- Assist in preparing business advice, tax returns, business activity statements and financial statements for companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals
- Complete jobs efficiently while meeting technical standards, deadlines, and budgets
- Assist with general bookkeeping duties
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge

What you bring to the role:
- Experience in public practice
- CA or CPA qualified, or working towards it (preferred but not essential)
- Curious, analytical mindset with a drive to understand clients’ businesses
- Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with Xero, MYOB, or other cloud tools
- Enthusiastic team player who actively contributes to success
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent prioritisation skills

Skills Required
- Experience in Business Advisory within public practice
- CA or CPA qualification or actively working toward it
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand client businesses
- Proficient in Excel and cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for training and mentoring
