Leads strategic sourcing for Private Brand products, including supplier discovery, competitive bidding, negotiations, contracting, onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing performance management. Develops cost models, evaluates supplier capabilities and risks, coordinates forecasting and production planning, manages disruptions, establishes contingency plans, and delivers savings. Partners cross-functionally with Quality, Legal, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Merchandising, and Operations to optimize supplier performance, product availability, cost, and supply continuity.

Leads strategy, planning, performance, and growth for the Packaged Snacks portfolio. Responsibilities include category planning, pricing, assortment, promotions, merchandising, supplier partnerships, financial forecasting, market research, project execution, inventory and supply coordination, analytics, reporting, and team leadership.

Develop and maintain customer and loyalty reporting solutions, dashboards, scorecards, KPI tracking, and foundational datasets. Analyze customer acquisition, segmentation, engagement, retention, spending, redemption, and lifetime value. Ensure reporting accuracy, define metrics and business rules, support data governance, automate processes, and collaborate with Loyalty, Merchant, Operations, Finance, Technology, and data teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Supports daily supply chain and warehouse operations by monitoring performance metrics, analyzing KPIs, managing tobacco returns, coordinating store and new-store support, identifying inventory and execution issues, and assisting with purchase order and invoice management. The role communicates trends and risks, supports performance reviews, and helps drive operational improvements across supply chain partners.

Designs, develops, tests, implements, upgrades, documents, and supports Workday and custom business applications. Maintains Workday integrations, Workday Extend applications, vendor solutions, and related platforms. Translates requirements into technical designs, ensures security and PCI compliance, performs testing and releases, resolves complex level-three support issues, and remediates recurring problems. Leads cross-team initiatives, maintains technical documentation, follows IT service management processes, and researches technologies that improve operational stability.

Manage workplace accommodation requests through the interactive process, coordinating with associates, managers, HR, Legal, and Operations. Maintain confidential documentation, provide guidance on ADA and ADAAA compliance, track case outcomes, communicate timelines, escalate complex cases, and support fair, inclusive workplace practices.

Serve as the Learning domain SME for HR systems, designing, configuring, testing, and optimizing Workday learning functionality. Lead requirements gathering, integrations, data integrity, reporting, compliance processes, upgrades, and stakeholder training to enable scalable, auditable learning solutions.

Administers Workday security, role provisioning, configurations, integrations, reports, controls, and release management. Leads security projects, enhancements, testing, deployments, audits, compliance activities, and annual HR processes. Partners with Information Security and business owners, maintains documentation and change controls, advises on HR technology governance, and mentors junior analysts.

Lead enterprise learning strategy, capability planning, curriculum governance, and Workday Learning operations. Partner with business leaders, design/delivery teams, HR Systems, and vendors to build scalable learning solutions, measure impact, enable change, and develop associate proficiency across store operations and corporate functions.

Operate and improve the application security program: integrate security into the SDLC, run tooling and vulnerability management, perform testing/threat modeling/pen tests, liaise with developers and stakeholders, support incident response, and drive policies, metrics, and compliance.
