Manages user identity lifecycles, including account provisioning, maintenance, deprovisioning, access workflows, and role-based permissions. Provides tier 2 customer support, troubleshoots access issues, maintains data security and integrity, and collaborates with application teams and business units on access processes. Facilitates IT demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, and portfolio governance. Develops business cases, dashboards, scoring frameworks, capacity views, and executive decision materials. Administers demand lifecycles and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management workflows while coordinating compliance, risk, resource planning, and portfolio health activities. Partners with IT, business, PMO, project, and operational leaders to align initiatives with strategy, funding, capacity, and organizational priorities.

Administers employee benefit programs through Workday, processes enrollments and life events, reconciles payroll and vendor data, supports compliance and reporting, coordinates wellness and employee engagement programs, and responds to employee benefits inquiries. The role collaborates with vendors, payroll, and HR stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance. It also participates in HR projects, process improvements, audits, and organizational events.

Serves as the technical subject matter expert for payroll and timekeeping systems. Leads configuration, upgrades, integrations, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, compliance, auditing, and process improvement. Supports complex payroll processing, tax and regulatory filings, data analysis, internal controls, and workforce reporting. Partners with Finance, HR, IT, and operational leaders, while providing training, documentation, mentoring, and business continuity support. Requires strong knowledge of payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, and related organizational policies.
