Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and KPIs; analyze and transform data using SQL in Databricks; perform data quality checks and validation; contribute to AI prompt engineering and Copilot agents; automate processes with Power Automate; collaborate with stakeholders and document processes.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, reconcile intercompany and suspense items, support month/quarter/year-end closings, handle fixed asset accounting, produce reports and analyses, support auditors, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and compliance.

Manage daily cash and treasury operations including SAP TRM inputs, cash pooling, LOCs and collateral. Produce group financing and cash reports, maintain SharePoint, support projects, and coordinate with banks and global finance teams.

Support acquisition and in-force monitoring of longevity business: reconcile accounts, model in-force blocks, develop Excel and R tools, produce MI/KPIs, automate processes, analyse experience and valuation assumptions, support client-facing account managers and longevity research.

Lead underwriting and claims development by partnering with clients and internal teams to design reinsurance solutions, benchmark markets, review client technology/processes, inform pricing and risk management, drive product and process change, and deliver thought leadership through presentations and publications.

Support life reinsurance pricing by developing assumptions (mortality, persistency, sales mix), building actuarial models, running sensitivities, documenting rationale, performing peer reviews, and coordinating deal hand-offs. Ensure compliance with SCOR pricing guidelines, drive continuous improvement, and act as a subject-matter expert for assigned pricing areas.

Support design, maintenance, and operation of SCOR's AI governance framework, ensuring regulatory readiness (EU AI Act), risk management, standards, playbooks, and oversight of internal and client AI solutions. Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, data, and technology teams to embed ethical, secure, and pragmatic AI guardrails, assess AI risks (bias, explainability, robustness), and promote governance-by-design and enablement across the organization.
