Analyze mortality, persistency, and related experience using internal and client data to develop best-estimate assumptions, maintain data and study accuracy, build/modify analytical models, create study extracts, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Lead underwriting and claims development by partnering with clients and internal teams to design reinsurance solutions, benchmark markets, review client technology/processes, inform pricing and risk management, drive product and process change, and deliver thought leadership through presentations and publications.

Manage a portfolio of complex reinsurance treaty claims (Property, Casualty, Marine, Aviation), ensure accurate reserving and appropriate payments, liaise with underwriters, actuaries, clients and brokers, support audits and account management, mentor junior staff, and contribute to claims analysis and process improvements.

Manage administration of retrocession/reinsurance portfolios: enter terms into accounting systems, process accounts and claims, manage cashflow, perform ICS controls, ensure sanctions compliance, maintain documentation, support underwriters, mentor juniors, and provide reporting for audits and stakeholders.
