Build, enhance, and maintain reporting tools, data pipelines, and analytics supporting U.S. Life valuation and economic value reporting (US Statutory, US GAAP, IFRS, Solvency II). Partner with business leaders, support senior management requests, provide model and process improvements, assist group reporting and audits, and deliver analytic insights for trends, risks, and capital modeling runs.

Support the Sustainable Investment team by researching sustainable finance topics (climate, biodiversity, human rights), collecting ESG data, developing extra‑financial indicators, producing analyses (footprints, sector studies), monitoring sustainability topics, and contributing to extra‑financial reports for the investment portfolio.

Lead quarterly reserving analysis and deliver reserving projects for UK and European non-Lloyd's entities. Improve models, automation, dashboards and reporting, support audits and regulatory submissions (PRA, ACPR), collaborate with claims, finance and underwriting, mentor junior staff, and contribute to actuarial reports and governance communications.

Lead operational strategy, design scalable operating models and governance, drive process standardisation and optimisation, set KPIs and reporting, lead a team, enable change adoption and deliver large-scale transformation to improve efficiency and turnaround times.

Support quarterly analytics and landing under IFRS 17 and US STAT, prepare presentations for auditors and Board, maintain statutory pro formas, assist solvency planning and stress testing, research technical accounting issues, and support ad hoc finance requests across jurisdictions.

Lead administration and governance of the central Power BI platform. Define BI engineering standards, guide migrations and reporting architecture, support teams, ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with business, tech, and data stakeholders to improve reporting quality and autonomy.

Design, build, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical Finance data models on Databricks and Palantir Foundry. Enable scalable reporting, analytics, and AI use cases; ensure consistency, lineage, metadata, and governance; collaborate with data engineers, architects, and finance stakeholders to support closing, planning, and decision-making.

Lead North America Alternative Solutions reinsurance: originate, price and negotiate non-traditional deals; manage and develop regional underwriting team; optimize and renew portfolio; drive business development, client and broker relationships; ensure operational, reporting and compliance excellence; explore new market opportunities.
