Lead application support and IT service delivery for internal apps and customer-facing channels. Manage vendor teams, ensure 24x7 monitoring and SLA adherence, drive incident reduction and automation, perform risk assessments, enable app onboarding and enhancements, and maintain process documentation to improve resilience, availability, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Lead HR IT initiatives for Oracle HCM/HRMS, gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, manage vendors and integrations, oversee project and release cycles, drive incident and knowledge management, enforce ITIL processes, coordinate testing and development, and deliver mid-large projects on time while improving operational efficiencies and SLAs.

Manage end-to-end corporate invoicing and payout operations, validate invoices and payouts, maintain controls and documentation, oversee analysts, drive reconciliation, stakeholder coordination (Sales/Finance), conduct UATs and KPI monitoring, and ensure audit compliance and timely cost provisioning.
