Role Purpose
The position is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management of assigned cobrand products - from product design, launch and product enhancements.
Role Accountability
Product Manager:
The product manager would be the "CEO of the product". Like a CEO, the Cobrand Product Manager would set the goals, define success, help motivate teams & would be responsible for the outcome.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete life cycle of assigned cobrand product including launch & set up of new products
- Lead P&L for allocated products in the portfolio & ensuring product profitability
- Assess the needs of cardholders, Study market relevance for products, Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities & threats and make appropriate changes to the features of assigned products
- Work with cobrand partners and collaborate with sales team to grow new accounts. Leverage partner relationships to get exclusive portfolio driven offers to increase customer engagement
- Monitor adherence to budgets and key product metrics. Actively participate in internal and external audits
- Work closely with the Customer Services team to reduce customer complaints and work towards continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
- Scan market on Payment Innovations in the financial services Industry and ability to anticipate impact on card industry
