Drive Loan Against Property business acquisition through branch banking and open-market sourcing. Manage customer relationships, evaluate financial viability and product suitability, coordinate with credit and operations teams through disbursement, achieve business and portfolio targets, cross-sell banking products, monitor portfolio quality, and support market expansion within the assigned geography.

Manage branch customer relationships and service delivery while ensuring audit and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include customer acquisition through area mapping, cold calling, and BTL activities; completing AOF and KYC documentation; submitting CKYC records; cross-selling insurance and investment products; activating digital banking; and managing customer portfolios, balances, usage, and service requests within target timelines.

Manages financial institution and agriculture customer relationships, drives portfolio growth and business targets, and oversees agriculture lending, commodity finance, and related loan products. Coordinates with branches on customer acquisition and servicing, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, maintains credit delivery turnaround times, cross-sells liability and third-party products, monitors portfolio quality and NPAs, and optimizes pricing, interest income, and fee revenue.

Provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, reports, presentations, confidential records, and follow-up actions. Coordinates board meetings, tracks special projects, prepares briefing materials, and maintains relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, multitasking, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Serve branch customers, meet new-to-bank acquisition targets via area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities, complete accurate AOF/KYC/CKYC, cross-sell products, activate digital banking and manage assigned portfolio within TAT.

Manage branch trade finance operations: process export/import/remittance documents, LCs/BGs and discounts per FEMA/RBI/ICC; ensure First Time Right submissions; perform KYC/AML checks; complete accurate EDPMS/IDPMS entries; support audits and statutory disposals (BRCs, duty drawback, ECGC, TCS); provide customer forex support and market updates; assist mapped branches with trade operations and credit limits; mentor colleagues and complete mandatory training (IIBF certification preferred).

Support project managers on Loan Module planning and implementation, finalize and document requirements with sign-off, apply knowledge of current CBS and bank loan processes, and advise on fitment of existing functionality into a new CBS (Flexcube knowledge preferred).
